No wav file in MLV

Hi,

I've installed the lates build for 5DM3 with firmware 1.2.3. I have opened all the modules including the mlv sound module in the camera. I'e also turned on the sound recording and can see the blue audio levels in the LCD. Come to shoot MLV raw and then drop MLV files into MLV2DNG.exe and no wav audio file is there. What am I doing wrong or what is the issue please?

are you using PC or mac? So I can let you try a different extracting app.

When recording was started, was the audio meters present and not just while on stand by?

I had an issue at some point where the Canon audio would interfere by either being on auto or manual. Cant remember which...

Got to the first tab and check if sound is turned on. It has to be enabled "and" selected in the menu tab.
