No Timecode Readout, just "FR 24P"

I can't figure out how to get a timecode readout at the top of the LCD screen. Right now it says "FR 24P" with digits flashing next to it, the way frame numbers flash. Any help would be great. Thank you.

Press the "counter" button inside the LCD panel, it'll cycle through the choices.
