No Sounds on clips in Premiere CS5? ????

Just shot a house fire. Happened to have the GH1 with me. Picture quality in 1080 25P with the hack looks fantastic. But...no sound when I import into CS5 either on Mac or Win7. I haven't checked the audio before. Is there a setting or workflow import procedure I've missed? Theer is nothing plugged into the mic socket.

Pete, just checked mine for you i have 25pn enabled and i have audio in AVCHD and Mpeg mode. There is a volume control in the menu, i have mine on 5.

What does GSpot say about the file? http://www.headbands.com/gspot/

Thanks for that. The clips says there is audio recorded but there is no waveform in FCP or Premiere and no audible audio when played in Windows media player. the file names are MTS. I guess this is correct. I may have a faulty mic.
 
Try recording with a mic in the external mic socket see what you get.

I haven't looked yet but there must be a level control for audio in the menu.

Does VLC media player play audio and video that would eliminate a codec missing problem on your PC? (VLC has it's own internal codecs)
