Here in the Netherlands I organized a small committee (my wife and me) to force Sony to make the CBK-RGB01 deal for 899 dollar worldwide attainable. My wife attended only the first meeting and when I asked her to join a second she replied: "You made your point." Very disappointing. When I tried to let our 4 year old make a nice drawing about S-Log, she didn't understand at all. I planned to send the drawing and a letter to my Sony rep. In the letter I would explain how urgent I need S-Log and how important it is for my business. Without S-Log I had to bring our only sweet child to the catholic orphanage to protect her from two stray parents.
Well, my wife has torn the drawing, it came to nothing.
But maybe you can help me (and yourself) out.
Ask in your country dealers about this deal. Keep questioning Sony too. You paid a premium price already. Its software, so import-duties and alike can't spoil the deal in your part of the world, and supply is limitless. Share information, especially the accomplished success.
