It appears that dvrack will not support 24PN modes because nothing is transmitted over the firewire connection when in those modes.
Does anyone know if that mean that 24P will need to be acquired in pulldown format. If so, that could be a dealbreaker for me - too much wasted disk space for the extra frames.
I hope the folks at DV rack strip out the needed frames from the 60 frame pulldown stream and only write those to disk. Fingers crossed here.
