No MTS files appearing on SD card

I did a firmware update last week. I shot several short scenes on the card that I used to transfer the firmware data over to the camera. The clips playback fine in camera but when I try to offload on the Mac, the MTS files don't appear. I cannot ingest for transcoding to Pro Res in Final Cut.
On the card itself, the patch file exists as well as a folder called MEIGROUP. Is this preventing the computer from recognizing the MTS files?

I guess I should have reformatted the card before shooting but how can I get my clips off the card? Deadline looms at 7pm!

You might try Data Rescue, but I doubt it will recover it in time for your deadline.

You don't see the PRIVATE folder in the root of the SD card? it should be there.

The Private folder is there but as I scroll down through the Stream folder, nothing is beyond that - no MTS files.

Never tried this, but how about copying the card to the AF100's second SD slot!?!

Took the analog SD signal out of cam, didged through a DSR 20 and grunged the footage - it's b-roll stuff I was going to layer anyway. But... this was the first time I got stung using the SDHC cards. Reformat after firmware upgrade.
