I'm unable to access my menu or VCR mode. I need this fixed now due to a big shoot on Sat I ust found out about. The camera is about 8 months old so it's still under warranty and I also have the mackcam warranty but they haven't responded to my email or phone calls yet and it's been almost 2 weeks.Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
