no images on the card meet download conditions?

[caliboarder999]

Hi,

I'm trying to unloading my footage that I shot on a panasonic sdxc 64gb gold card to my mac.

I have an sdxc card reader but everytime i try to grab my footy i get the message, "no images on the card meet download conditions"

Can anyone help me? Solutions? Suggestions?

Thanks a million
Scott
