GH4 no help

Save your personal settings on paper and then reset the camera. If the issue persists, then I would suspect the camera before two new microphones.

I did reset and some how same problem is happening, i think hardware is ok because for few seconds it works and maybe due to software it stops. Honestly really confused.

One is Rode VideoMic which needs the battery for powering up and other is Rode VideoMicro Mic which runs on Camera's battery.

One rode need battery (Rode VidoMic) and other is phantom powered (new mini version of Rode Mic).
Well, unless you have some sort of phantom source, the phantom powered Mic will never work.

And I'd change the battery on the other Mic just to be safe, or at least test the Barrett powered Mic on a computer to see if the issue flows the Mic. It's possible it can work on the computer and not the GH4 if the input impedance varies greatly between the two.

I have used the Rode mini for almost a year with no issues. According to Rode many newer cameras supply a small amount of power, about 3 volts, on the mic Input.

Then that mic is not phantom powered. Phantom power is from 24-48 volts.

When you say you plug them both in, you mean you plug one in and try it, and then the other in and try it, and they both do the same thing? Or are you plugging them both into the GH4 at the same time with an audio splitter cable?
And, just checking, the Rode VideoMic has its 9v battery, and is switched on with it's green light lit, correct?

Maybe try starting recording with the mic unplugged, then while recording and talking, plugging in the Rode Video mic (making sure it's turned on) while continuing to talk and see how the audio changes.
I'd be looking for: Did it start by recording through the onboard mics, then did you hear it switch to the Rode, then go silent?

I have the Rode VideoMic and have never had any problems between it and my GH4.

With the VideoMic Mini I'd be wondering if trying to draw power from the mic jack is causing a short somewhere, but if they're both doing it that may not be the case.
