No Custom Presets Folder?

I'm trying to add some Easy Setups from moviola, and I went into Library>Application Support to find the Final Cut Pro System Preferences folder and there wasn't one in there. The closest thing to it was a Final Cut Studio 2 folder but it only had stuff for DVD Studio in there.

Any thoughts?

Also, I'm shooting a 24p project on the Canon XHA1, and I'm not sure whether to use the ProRes or ProRes HQ settings. My eventual output is SD DVD, web, and small-theatre digital projection.

Are you looking in your user library, or Macintosh HD>Library? Everything you need to know is on the Moviola website: http://edu.moviola.com/hdv_prores

Scroll a little over halfway down and it'll show you exactly where to drop the folder.

You're right. I was looking in the user folder. I are dumb.

Got the easy setups in there now, but I'm still wondering. On Moviola it mentions having the specific frame rate detailed, and I'm wondering if I need to set it at 23.98 or something else, assuming I shot at 24F and considering my eventual output.

Thoughts?
