No audio on RAM preview, one comp only

I'm trying to get a RAM preview of a comp. No dice. There's no audio playing back. It works for my main video, but no audio on the other comp. Yes, the file has audio. Any ideas what causes this?
 
What's the format of the audio? Some MP3's don't place nice with AE. You can try converting the file to AIFF or Wave and it should work fine.
 
Do you hear audio when you hit the period key on the numeric keypad? What about when you scrub the audio track? Do you have a waveform? How did you determine that it has audio?

You're right, I'm dumb. I pulled up the waveform, and it was flatlined. I just assumed that since the source had audio, it would too. I must have imported wrong, though I imported it the same as the other files. They all have audio. This file has audio outside of AE, as well. Peculiar.
