No access to Blue/Green screen, which of these options is best?

Doing a chroma key shoot with HMC150 for the first time, the photo studio that I have access to use does not have enough Blue Screen for the shots needed, so I am left with a few other options. Any advice on which would work best for keying? (and I am basically stuck with these options)

Black
Light grey
Medium grey
Dark blue (not quite navy)
Intense Red (pretty sure this is a definite no)
Olive green

Shots are of single subjects (light and dark skinned).

Also being my first time working with the 150, any other advice on settings/workflow? Shooting in 24p, be editing in 720 with finish in 720 and SD (any quality/tech reason to start off in 1080 and down res for edit or for finish?), editing in FCP, access to Motion or AE for keying.

Any advice would be great, in the meantime will be pickin up Barry's book for more knowledge on the camera!

Sweet ,thanks for that tip, I hadn't noticed that thread (gonna have to start spending some time going through this section now that I've got the 150 added to the tools) Looks like I'll be shooting 1080. Once decision down.

If the studio doesn't have what you need, fine another studio that does. You can also just buy a roll of chroma green paper for pretty cheap.

Oh! hey thanks! My question has finally been answered.... why didn't I think of that before....

... oh wait... right I said I was stuck with those options.... Is it really that hard to just give an answer to the question asked?

What will your background end up being? If it's going to be a dark background then a darker background on set makes more sense. Myself I'd lean toward olive green since it has the last in common with skin tones and sounds like it's more vibrant than navy blue would be. I'm not sure but I imagine gray would be a hard one to key out.
