J janlucvd@mac.com New member Aug 6, 2007 #1 Hvx200 manual states "do not use 83 min tapes". Anyone know why? I haven't tried it, out of fear.
S stanw Active member Aug 6, 2007 #2 From what I have read: the 83-minute tapes use thinner tape to allow it to fit the extra tape inside the same size case and there is a chance that it could break, being that it is thinner. There could be other reasons also or course.
