No 720 24p in Avid Xpress Pro HD?

I recently upgraded to Avid Xpress Pro HD (5.23) but found something odd. As is my understanding, the HVX200 can shoot in pure, native 24 frames a second. However, when I have created a project file, the closest I can find is 720p 23.976. I realize I'm whining about a quarter of 1% of a frame but I'm kind of curious why it's like that. I see the option to both 24 and 23.976 for 1080i but not 720p. Why? What does this do?

The camera does not shoot 24fps but 23.976. You want to select 720p/23.976 and shoot the camera with the 720p/24PN. It could be be because of limited menu space to write out the actual frame rate of the recording rate.
