No 720 24p in Avid Xpress Pro HD?

I recently upgraded to Avid Xpress Pro HD (5.23) but found something odd. As is my understanding, the HVX200 can shoot in pure, native 24 frames a second. However, when I have created a project file, the closest I can find is 720p 23.976. I realize I'm whining about a quarter of 1% of a frame but I'm kind of curious why it's like that. I see the option to both 24 and 23.976 for 1080i but not 720p. Why?

The HVX uses 23.976. It's rounded off to "24" for discussion purposes, but it's actually 23.976, just like all telecine'd film is. It's 1/10 of 1% speed difference, but it makes for footage files that are compatible with television, 24.000 wouldn't.
