NLE question

I know this has already been asked but I can't seem to find it. Could someone point me to a link?

Question; For editing a full length feature film, is Adobe premiere's workflow a pain or pretty easy?

I am now doing some experimental editing with pinnacle and it handles the AVC 1080P footage easily. Will Premiere Pro do the same?

It doesn't matter what length it is. Adobe will, almost certainly, work better than Pinnacle. However, once you start layering video, adding transitions and color correction and getting your timeline up to 90 minutes, you'll need quite a computer to process it all. Regardless of editing suite. At that level of footage I'd definitely prefer transcoding to DVCPRO. Again, depending on your system.

I understand that. I want to know if Adobe Premiere Pro users out there have had any trouble editing GH1 1080P footage on this NLE.

I am limited to my laptop processing so i have issues. I turn to using proxy's when I edit 1080. Once again cause of my hardware limitations.

I have a top of the line pc system, a quad core i7 with 6 gigs of ram and a hd 4850 x2 graphics card, and yet still editing avchd natively in premiere cs4 can get jumpy sometimes.

I have started playing with neoscene and everything is working much smoother.

Hence my 'almost certainly work better' line. That's your answer. I edit it on Premiere, as do a lot of people. Although it does have to be the latest version, CS 4.1.0 I think. Anything before CS 4.0.1 will not work.
