Wowser! Looks like this will be the first DSLR 1080P for appx 500.00 w/manual control, body only? 24P....cool. (Ask Sony about that one...) We'll see...

Unless they fiddled with this for a WHILE....it looks like it's manual control. Hard to see anything when it's downresed this far....but the one thing that is STILL there....is the NIKON image processing. Many are attracted to the "organic" feel. Gosh..."straight out the camera"...it's still my fav. My GH13 is going to likely live several generations....but...interesting development.

Us and everyone else. It's clear that they are NOT going to PUSH The market. Look at its options and you don't see any HARD CORE INNOVATIONS. That's fine....this is a VERY affordable camera...not a big deal. I will say, that I will likely buy one (so cheap) and shoot with it, merely for the experience. That image is so appealing to me (Nikon). (Hopefully there isn't too much garbage to clean up.) Either way...I'll just recycle it. :)

Maybe it's just the shoot, but I remember when I saw the T2i first footy....it was a tough sell for my eyeballs. That worked out GREAT! I love my T2i....so we'll see what we get out of this thing. :) Enough already! Sorry y'all!
