Nikon Lens Adapter For AF100

hunter says rainbow imaging is not bad for the price
most people says novoflex is worth every penny.

im getting both.

I received the Novoflex yesterday, and while I can't yet recommend it without a camera to attach it, I have tried my AF lenses and they all fit very snuggly. Much more so than what I am used to with a Fotodiox adapter on my Canon 550D/T2i. Looks good.

This again? Haha. Search in the forum for nikon adapter, you will find a lot of posts to help you. I would save your 100 dollars and check out voightlanders over at cameraquest.com. Its a solid design and snug fit for a resonable price.

edit- if i remember correctly, i think the camera crew on a verse before dying had thd voightlander on when of the cameras they had. It was a very long telephoto nikon lens. If you search the post for thd film you may find thd photos, or ask timur about it.

Voigtlander is the best I've had so far, and I've had like four.

Metabones is reportedly very similar to the Voigtlander and less expensive.

Depends on which Nikon lenses you have. If you have some of the modern ones with no aperture ring, Novoflex. If not the Voightlander is nice build quality. Some of the cheaper ones are really cheap. I now have three.

Best,

Jan

Any experience with the Bower? It's only $99 at B&H.

Also, I've read horror stories of the ~$26 Chinese/eBay no-names fusing their metal to the lens metal and can't be removed. Would the Bower be better? Rainbow Imaging the best $26 one out there?
