Nikon Hacker Website Down?

I was interested in getting a Nikon sometime soon and I cant seem to get info on their version of magic lantern. The website either times out or asks me to install silverlight when i already have it installed.. did whoever was behind the custom firmware give up on the project?

I didn't even know there was a custom firmware. I do wish there was a magic lantern type firmware for Nikon.

I can't load it either, but my internet is extremely crappy at the moment. Nikon does everyone a disservice by crippling their camera's video features and encrypting their firmware. The most useful hacks were the time limit removal and 64 mbps bitrate.

Simeon did a new patch tool, because the old one needed silverlight. He asks for feedback, which I would happily give him, but I am suddenly flagged as spammer there with my grand total of 30 or some replies. I understand that filtering spammers is essential there because they have at least one or maybe two new comments in a week. I was thinking sending him a pm but you can't send him one, so I guess I don't bother with it anymore.
