Hi,

Looking to adapt my Nikon 80-200 F4 with the Nikon F mount to my GH2. There's lots of adapters on ebay, etc but none with a lens collar.

Really need this considering the lens probably weighs more than the camera body. I know these used to pop up on ebay but there's none to be found now. Anyone who could please point me in the right direction would be awesome!

Thanks

You need to find a "tripod mount ring" to fit your lens. Rainbowimaging has a Canon FD to MFT adapter with tripod mount permanently attached but I can't find anything like that for Nikon lens to MFT.

Rainbowimaging and Vello both make tripod mount rings but I don't have time to do a full search.

Go for it, "buy it now" price is good. I paid $17.95 each for 2 Rainbowimaging Nikon F to M4/3 adapters and they work just fine. One holds a pretty heavy Rokinon 85mm T1.5 Cine lens on my GH3 nice 'n solid.
