Nikon D90 video and Final Cut 2

Hi everybody

I would like to know if anybody can help me with Final Cut, because i would like to know the right configuration on settings to have the best image resolution on my videos.

I pass all my videos from AVI format to MOV with mpeg streamclip using apple prorres and them i add them to my browser. But i dont know wich settings i´ve to change on preferences in fienl cut.

Them i would like to know wich is the best way to export my videos to a cd using DVD Studio Pro, wich format and programs you use to do that.

Well thanks to the ones who readed this brick, just i´m new on video and i´ve a lot of question. If you can share with me your workflow in nikon d90 and final cut it would be great.

prores 1280x720p24, change the timebase manually from 23.98 to 24. to use your clips in dvdsp you can simply "export quicktime movie", it will transcode automatically. don't forget to add the d90 rescaler, available from my homepage.
