nikon D90 Compositing effects shot.. blow up side of buiding

This is my first attempt at compositing. I was trying to see if the D90 can hold up to multiple passes at compositing. I used a lossless codec by Lagarith. best of all it is free and fast.

I compressed it to wmv codec then uploaded to youtube.

I know it could be alot better but this was just a test...

what did you use to edit this? And use the codec? Can i use this on sony vegas or final cut pro?

looks very nice but the shake makes me want to have a seizure
