Nikon D90 at an insane asylum.

I think ive seen part of this footage before. Looks nice though, what did you use as a slider in that one pan shot? Nice shot.

Yeah the forgetting to lock AE is a sin, but good for you it almost worked with your subject matter and sorta looks intentional.

When they are playing checkers around 1:30 - 1:35 it looks like there is a smudge on the lens.

nice footage, keep it coming

These were scenes that did not make it in the final cut tan the guy playing checkers wanted something for his demo reel. So I cut this together for him.. There was a filter on the lens and it was making a reflection in the glass. I am glad I was shooting with the HVX200 and the Nikon was for testing... For the panning shot I did it hand held and slow, then speeded it up in Twixtor, so it would look like a fast pan from the mirror.

wow, you must have like super human steady hands or something. (or some sort of magical steady gloves)

impressive.

(either that or i have the shaky hands of a crack head) cause i cant replicate that for nothing

wow, that lens is baller as heck, but more than i can afford. Can you adjust aperature manually on it?

No you can't adjust the Tokina 11-16mm lens manually.. That kind of sucks.. There is a device you can buy that will allow you to do that though.. I have scene it for sale on Ebay.. I can't remember what it was called. But there is a device made for red that can be adapted to other cameras..
