Does this have a push and pull kind of zoom or is it a twist?

Can i buy it without the adapter for cheaper? I understand an adapter that adapts AF is expensive, but i already have a adapter and my redrock is nikon.

[thekreative]

the adapters are quite cheap, but I'd go $75 without the adapter
