Nikkors on my 5D

it had nothing to do with your stupid insinuation of user error.

You're a brave little fellow on a forum. Your language and temper sum up your capacity.

And, you deserve to spend more money if you're not bright enough to figure out the "steak knife" solution mentioned above.

There's a simple fix for the loose Fotodiox adaptors. There is a tiny slot in each of the three tabs that go to the lens. You simply take a pocket or steak knife and ever so slightly expand the center of the slots until you get a very nice snug fit on your lens so it doesn't wiggle around. Take your time and don't over do it or you won't be able to get it off the lens.

Cheers,
Pete

Just did this to one of my adapters that had a bit of shake, worked great!

Thanks for the tip Pete, I never would've thought of that.

I have two of the cheap eBay Fotodiox-like adapters and they fit so tight I have a hard time getting them back off again. Have noticed no play whatsoever, but I rarely used the one Nikkor lens I had up until now (just got the 24mm 2.8 and the 50mm 1.2 so I can't wait to get home and play with those).
