So a few days ago I was having a problem with my dual monitor setup on my Dell, so I thought I would call customer support and see if they would have any ideas as to what the problem was. I knew it was a driver issue, but I couldn't seem to figure out how to fix it.
That's not the funny part- the funny part is that I got on to a live chat with Shalu, a service rep and in the chat window, my username was shown as the name of my computer. I had completely forgotten what I had named my computer- but I quickly remembered:
The last time I had to reformat my computer I was so aggrivated with Windows that I (appartently) decided to document it.
He became noticably aggrivated and ended up not helping me at all.
