The eyes and more almond shaped lower face give it away. The bridge of the nose seems to thin, too.
 
wait...are those supposed to be A-B and A-B with two different girls?...or A-B-C-D of one girl. if the latter, why did she change her shirt
 
Yeah either the last two are a different girl (a freaky girl) or it's photoshoped. The nose is longer and the eyes are too big. Or is the nose shape an optical illusion because of the shine and glasses from the first shot? Either way, eyes=photoshoped.

EDIT: Looking at it some more, the nose still looks too elongated, and even the mouth seems to have been shrunk slightly.
 
It looks like it's the same girl to me. She just changed the angle of her face. In the top photos you can see her nostrils, in the bottom photos she's leaning forward so you can't see. Which also explains why the nose looks elongated and the mouth is shrunk a little.
 
oh...hmmmm...same birthmarks on chin and eye, so i guesss its supposed to be the same girl
