NEXT NYC DVXUSER MEETING
SUNDAY APRIL 30th 2pm @ B&H

(Since the other thread has been overrun by silliness, we're making the announcement here)

Our last meeting was such a success, we're doing it again! You're invited whether young or old, pro or noob. So bring some footage to show and we'll have some fun. If you missed the last meeting, now's your chance to make up for it (we'll try not to hold it against you).

Please check in here so we can get an idea of who's coming. Thanks.

Yup. I'll be there. And hopefully with footage.

Yeah, I will certainly have Man-Hole II, which should be released next week, and probably Man-Hole III.

Make sure we close the blinds!

Man-Hole II & III.. Oh Jesus! I'm bringing my Rabi/Priest to bless the room before I watch this... forgive me for what I've sin!!!

We all should go to Church after viewing Man-Hole II & III. See you in Hell desparatecomfort... :) just kidding.

Hey guys,
Glad to see you guys are coming back!

In other news, Walter's still lookin' for a couple people on April 8th for the Location Lighting Seminar. If anyone missed my post about it in the other thread, check it out HERE. I'll be there. It'd be cool to have a bunch of DVXer's there to learn lighting alongside of.

I'll be there. Should be awesome. I have so much to learn and this will definitely help with the basics.

Yeah i did his other seminar and signed on for this one too. Hes a great guy i think and i like his carefree style of working.

We will definitly be at the meeting and this time I will try to bring some stuff to show.

Hmmm, how far? He hasn't given an address, but said it's an East Side apartment I believe. Kinda depends how you're gettin' from one place to the other, subway, car, walkin'. May I ask why?

:) Nowhere in Manhattan is really that far from B&H. It's all pretty much within 15-20 mins. depending on traffic and where you find parking. I guess you're probably taking the Lincoln or the GWB. Ask Walter if he'll give you directions so you can avoid Times Square and get over to the upper East Side. Hope you can come.
