Sorry if you were expecting to see some extraordinary visuals, well for one I think this video is the greatest http://youtu.be/2VFkoFJs1ZA . Though its a GH2 w a Nokton .95 17.5mm, I'm willing to believe I can get similar results with a Nex-7 and the 25mm version. Since this will be my first SLR I wanted some opinions as they are hard to find for this combination.
For starters, I love the nex-7 camera for its ergonomics and believe the lens will do great for low-light video and body shots, BUT... #1. I'm unsure as to whether the camera can take the lens and if not, what adapter do I have to get? (haven't found many sample shoots) #2 I want to get some filters, any suggestions? #3. for my use I previously mentioned, do I really need the kit lens if I get the 25mm Nokton? #4 MOST IMPORTANTLY, *DO* the GH2 and NEX-7 record video a lot more smoothly then how they are seen online?? check the video I linked, I have a blazing fast internet & great video adapter yet some frames kinda stutter, DID the photographer use a slow memory chip, is it just a flash plug-in/internet video rendering performance issue OR these cameras can't handle the image bytes throughput????
