Newbie V1U Workflow Question

Yo peeps, I'm getting ready to film a couple of shorts with the V1U and the client is requesting that they be shot in HDV 1080i, 30p.

Right now I've got Final Cut Pro, but was thinking about picking up Sony Vegas to specifically edit this project. It sounds like there are several hurdles/headaches when it comes to Final Cut and HDV. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys! - Franch

Pretty funny - the Chroma Key looked good - but was it me or was the video not playing smoothly?

I'm on cable modem...

Hoping to see more from the V1U in 24p.
