Newbie to Sony A7sii and got some questions

I just got a Sony A7sii yesterday and have some questions, I currently have two Sony F3's that I still LOVE although the F3 is a clunky camera and almost impossible to do handheld with, I only shoot in S-log and the video is amazing when graded especially when I shoot 10 bit 422 to my Samurai blade :cheesy: as far as DSLR I have owned the Panasonic Gh3 which I loved and also the Canon 5D Mark iii which was a nice camera but I found the video soft and me having to add sharpening in post. Both the GH3 and 5D Mark iii had easy straight forward menus, OMG the Sony A7sii menu has stuff all over the place! lol! I think I just have to get used to it, my question is when shooting in S-log 2 the iso is 1600 and when I am shooting in daylight that is way too high of a iso, are you guys using screw on ND filters or some type of matte box? also when I am shooting in S-log 2 is there a way I can see a LUT of what I am of how it will look graded instead of the greyed out actual image?

Thanks much guys for any help

I figured out a good ND filter now if I shoot in s-log how can a monitor how the s-log image will look when graded? how do I set that up?
thanks

As you're finding out, the Sony menus are awful, but it's kind-of-understandable because there are just so many things you can play with.
