newbie question about lenses..thanks in advance

OK, I have not purchased the AF100 yet..but I need to know if my Nikon lenses will work with it. I am having trouble finding concrete answers. My lenses are AF-S DX Zoom-Nikkor ED 17-55 F/2.8G IF and a AF-S VR Zoom-Nikkor ED 70-200 F/2.8G IF. Now, neither of these have adjustable F-stop rings..so, my question is..do these even work with the AF100..and if so, what adapter do you guys recommend I use. I have purchased and read Barrys book but it doesn't delve into the adapter issue to much which is understandable. Thanks for all the help and I look forward to joining the AF100 user community.

Yes you can use your lenses. I think you will need an adapter like this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Nikon-G-len...ltDomain_0&hash=item336722c0a6#ht_3043wt_1032. I can't attest to the quality of this adapter and someone else should confirm this is the right one.

I own a Novoflex adapter and all of my Nikon lenses work with it.

We have a Rainbow Imaging, & Novoflex, adapters, and both work well. The Novoflex is much better built than the Rainbow Imaging, & I prefer it's streamlined design over the Adaptimax's.
