New Webseries

Great work. I was only able to watch 4 minutes before getting pulled away but I do plan to finish later. Good acting, nice camera work and overall good sound. My only critique if I had to pick one is the audio wasn't quite as sharp in the first scene in the board room (the big guy). Seemed like you picked up more of the room in that first scene. It improved once you got tighter so I figured it was a decision not a lack of effort.

Can you talk a little about your process? How big was your crew? Was any correction done in post? Did you use an adapter? What was your sound set up?

Again, Great job.

Cole

Thanks Cole. I agree about the sound. I need to work on it. The crew size ranges from 2 some days to 5 on occasion. Everyone on the shoot is giving there time so of the crew are students and none of us are sound people. So that's our weak point and I'm trying to find someone.
Because everyone donates their time some of those scenes where shot months apart. It's a challenge. I own my lights, camera and sound equipment (AKG 93 & SE300, boom pole, straight into the camera). No adapter. As far a correction done in post the only thing I've really done is adjust the gamma a bit and there are a few shots where we didn't have enough light so I tried to correct those the best I could.

I can fill you in more if you have question, but I'm going to bed. It's been a bit of a crazy ride the last two days.

Thanks for taking the time to ask about it.

Talk to you soon!
