You wrote "all hell brakes loose" like stepping on the brake in a car.
 
That's what happens when you rush things.

The producers send me an AE template and I didn't have AE installed and I had never used it so I was excited to get it done.

That is why I post here before I release it. I'm glad you guys are here and willing to help.

Here's a few things that I feel could be better.
1. the font,
2. the audio is low on some of the girls lines
3. Needs way more footage than a girl holding a candle. (Maybe a shot of the house, this way the audience can get a sense of location, and why it's scary)
4. The aftereffects template, is so close to Harry Potter, seems almost like a fn film intro. I would rather have black backround than the fake rain and clouds, Heck, why not use that beautiful f3, to capture rain and clouds for real.

These are just a few things I felt would make it a bit better. just my opinion though, good luck with the film. let us know when its ready to watch.
 
I can't say I don't agree with you on all notes, but when the producers want something I can only give them advise.
I understand what they are doing and it is more about selling the movie than being creative to show the movie.
I made the spelling changes and some others to the rain.
