GH3 New Sigma Primes for m 4/3

2.8 primes....... Obviously this is NOT intended for the film making community. I would look into the Slr Magic 35mm t1.4 lens which I just bought, very nice for the price

Lens is de clicked and focus ring is butter smooth. For the current price of $280 brand new, there is simply no competition.....

Have you got any footage you can share you've shot with it?
I got the SLR Magic 12mm which I think is pretty crap to be honest. Would like to see if they are improving.
 
There are a number of lenses for micro four thirds, that aren't inherently or necessarily "bad" lenses. But users tend to say "this lens is terrible." When really, it's "The decision to release this type of lens is terrible." Had they come out with a single 17-50mm f/2.8 (a lens they've already made!), it would have just about covered the three lenses they plan to release. Sorry, didn't mean to jack the OP's intent of the thread.
 
OH...I didn't mean to imply that....I just made the comment that Ive ordered the lenses......to try them. I cant afford the more expensive lenses, and thought these just might be OK for my use
...If not I will return them.
 
Totally. I was actually just stating my general opinion about the lenses' release. I wasn't responding to your buying them. Hell I almost bought them too.
