Wow you guys have done some really great inspiring work right there. Made me want to go through your whole portfolio of music vids. Im interested in how you go about getting a vid made and how much you charge and how many people/hours you would spend on a project and stuff like that.
 
yeah i have to say it's really great looking footage =D

the way the reel was edited, or more precisely not excitingly edited, didn't do anything amazing for me, but the footage speaks for itself so i don't think it really matters.

jamesh. we generally shoot most videos in a day and spend about 12 hours shooting. Budget's vary from £1K up.

mjdorris. when you say not excitingly edited, do you mean not enough cuts around on particular action or what? I'm intrigued.

I guess that was phrased awkwardly. What I meant to say is that there is some weird trend that seems to make people feel like they need to show off their mo-graph skills in their reel, even when the reel really doesn't have that much to do with mo-graph stuff.

You don't fly around in 3D space spawning clones of your videos that spiral off into wherever, and I found it refreshing to watch something well paced and simply edited (not in a demeaning way, i just mean it's not overly ornate). Three thumbs up.

I'd love to know if there's a place to see BTS stuff of your work.

I'm impressed with what you can do for the budget. Is that your own studio or do you just rent space when you need it?
 
there's actually hardly any studio shots in there, most is done on location or we hang a white sheet :)
 
guess i was looking at the BTS stills from your site, seems like there are a lot of warehouses you guys are shooting in =D
