New Short film - toon project...

Hey all, been a while since I've uploaded anything. This was my contribution to a class project in which each student had to make a piece set in hudson county, NJ and you had to continue from where the last student left off. There really isn't much of a story here but I basically made a short video of animated freeze frames to one of my songs. I used the ToonIt plugin and some photoshop work on some of the freeze frames.

i cant really tell whats what. the combination of the toon filter with still images, many frames just look like a sea of colors... and there is no apparent narrative. there was a dude, what looks like a teddy bear, maybe a dead bird and a bloody (or jelly) covered celphone - i dont really get what your point was.
 
like I said, there's no story involved - it's just to show how the ToonIt plugin looks with HVX footage
 
i think it would have been a better example if youd used video footage and not just stills. filters/plugins behave radically differently with video than with stills.

what you have here is really just an exercise in... well, exercise.
