Here's a clip I just put together quick for a club in town that we do work for. This event was a few months ago, and I used the footage to promote an event coming up next weekend when the NBA is in town for the All-Star game. This was just a 1 camera shoot, and the lighting there is pretty wicked, so cut me some slack. :) As such, had to play with color more to keep it interesting throughout, which I don't like to do. I much prefer to keep things focused on composition and editing and leave my special defects in the closet. I'd be curious to hear your feedback.

Ultimately, would like to work with the venue on their lighting more, and of course polish my technique (this was only my 5th or 6th shoot with the HVX) after being in GL-1 land to this point. I only do web really, and have no filmmaker aspirations, as I come from a journalism background.

Also need to pick up an additional HVX200 videographer or buy a second camera myself. If anyone here is from NOLA and was interested in shooting events like this for us, get in touch with your rates! This clip is of lingerie models (men and women but no nudity), so if that is offensive to you, please don't click here:

Must have been very tough to edit :^)
I think you did a great job and especially like your use of dutch angles instead of the standard flat boring shots.
