Yes it is, but it seem that with the new sensor 24mp apsc in the Sony a77 that it is very probable that it will be the same in the D400 at least. The A77 is nearly a sure bet with even photos that have been leaked at Sonyalpharumors. It will be 4 years since the launch of the d300 which really needs a replacement by now in this market segment now dominated by the newer Canon 7D. Sony as usual will limit (30 fps) its line. With Nikon we will at least get a 24/25p framerate. Lets hope a truly enhanced video part with at least uncompressed hdmi out and much better aliasing/moire free image like the gh2.
