What was the name of that plugin? Also, what did you use for dolly?

It's simply called "Bad TV" and it's in the filters section under Stylize. You can manipulate everything from the waviness of your footage to the amount of static to how much you want your screen to "roll" up and down. But yeah, I think it came with my upgrade to Final Cut 6(?).

And I own my own little doorway dolly and rent metal track from my local rental house. It's compact but sturdy as hell. Probably weights about 50 pounds.
