New Music Video HVX+M2

Pretty good clip, pretty good song. A bit small to really take a close look, but some locations seemed a bit dull. Read that how you will, composition can help. Though I liked a lot of the shots you had. Nothing bad in there by any means.

it was ok....i just felt you didn't really go anywhere with the story...it just ran in reverse....I also agree on the shots...they seemed very straight on...not bad by any means...but nothing new or challenging

Audio was off a bit- maybe was the player or my system, who knows.

Kind of cliche story, and the backwards thing is tough to pull off because you really have to have a punch line at the end to justify doing it. There was the realization that the two were connected which could have been a lot more important if the very beginning held something more significant.... we don't quite know if she is going to jump or what...

It will be a good video for the band, really made sense for a christian band, but at the same time wasn't preachy at all. Good recording too, God knows how much it sucks to have to make a video for a band with a crap recording.

oh and the cinematography was great.

I pretty much agree with everything being said.
The challenge was making a pretty much zero budget video look good and have a different feel compared to some of my other videos. That being said, it was challenging for me because I tried to make it have a big city feel, without an actual big city plus I used the M2 adapter for the first time on the entire video. Cool locations are extremely hard to find around here, (Lexington, Ky. Unless you need horse barns. lol) So there were certainly some challenges for myself. That being said, I wanted a very simple cinematography for the band to start out, but I do feel it got a little too simple and I probably should've mixed it up a bit.
Overall I'm pretty pleased but I learned some new things as well.

I thought it was more enjoyable the second time watching through... It was all shot well and overall a good video. One observation I have is why no drummer? I don't know the band/artist.. but I heard a drum kit and expected to see a drummer but didn't. Also you'll have to fix the audio rate problem, as it does disturb viewing a bit... but well done on using the M2! Although the shots were a little "flat", they still did look very nice!
