New music vide-yo

I liked it. The song was catchy. The only thing I didn't like, and this would be a personal preference thing, was the color grading of the shots of the lead singer at around the :46 minute mark. Looked a little too much like DVX footage if that makes any sense.

Very nice work. My answer is yes...I'm feelin it.

Toasty-

that was fun, I enjoyed it. I was totally expecting a hardcore vid because I didn't read your post first. haha, boy was I surprised. Personally, I was hoping there would be a big group "UH!" during those "uh!" parts, ya know? but maybe that's just me...I am a little intoxicated at the moment.:cheesy:

Good stuff. I had fun watching it. I agree with snacksnack about the colors on the lead singer. I liked the vibrancy, but the sky was just throwing me way off.

I love the split screens, though... especially when it was split with the shot of the guy playing guitar with the skyline in the background. Looked very nice.

Hey man,

Pretty wierd, where are you located? This band is a local band in my area. Video was pretty cool, I'm not big into that style of music but the video fit it well which is all that matters. Cool stuff, I especially liked some of the stranger stuff like the girl playing air sax and them all creeping up at the camera, its pretty original.

But if you're from the Albany area we should definately talk. And if you dont mind, check out my latest music vid

Hola mi amigos!

(That's all the espanol I know...sorry)

Sack / Korim ... I TOTALLY know what you mean about the colors. Ok, no I don't :-( LOL.

I was going for a very specific, yet not too overly done, color grade for each band shot (to match natural hues, hair, skin, etc.). Drums slightly metallic and purple, bass rusty and brownish, vox pink/redish, and guitar blue.

What is is about the vocals that feels weird to you? The sky? The DVX look?

TJO -- DUDE! Yip .. I was feeling the same thing on the "Huh!". I need to put something in to punch that, don't I. I didn't have time to shoot a gang vocal so I'll just come up with something creative to punch those sections. Thanks.

Nobody - Nope, I'm in NYC baby! These guys came down a few weeks ago and we shot them in one day. Then they went back up to Albany and they're on tour now. Awesome dudes and dudette! Hit me with an email or a link .. I'd love to check out what you're shooting...

Everything else feels good? The whole reverse thing etc?

Your pal,
Kev
