new intro, please rate it

That text thing at the end has gotta go.

Also, don't marry yourself too much to the music. Too much and it looks mechanical.
 
Some really nice shots in there, but the editing is "not that good" (to put it mildly).
You ask for a critique for an intro to [assumably] a longer version; but that intro tells us nothing much of anything.
We have a few possibilities of what this is all about (except for the domain name, which kind of gives it away):

- a drive to the beach, where we are watched by helicopters and poo pooed on by birds
- a surfing competition
- a real estate promo for waterfront properties
- a California DOT safety ad to show yellow being the most visible color for vehicles

An intro should tell us CLEARLY what it is, we are about to watch....that intro doesn't (at least to me).
 
I like the rewinding video effect(s)

But as far as the intro goes, it's kind of too spread out.

Pretty much it was a cruise down Pacific Coast Highway PCH all those inserts where filmed on PCH.

I do see what you are saying though; I will try to make it say more about what it is.

I was trying to get a california feel to it.

That text at the end was a failed experiment and it won’t be making it to the final cut.
