[FS: General] New HDx35 B3/PL optical adaptor for Arri ALEXA, Phantom HD Gold, RED One, Epic (all 4

Use professional broadcast lenses on your large format sensor camera. We have a brand new HDx35 B3/PL optical adaptor and power cable (Epic, F3, FS100) in its original packaging for sale. It's amazing and functions as advertised. We tested it with some good Canon broadcast glass. It was great to use a smooth servo and the results were truly outstanding when teamed with our new Sony F3 with S-Log option. As these items are very pricey to rent, we bought it two months ago for an extended shoot using our own broadcast glass but this is on hold. See our ebay listing http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...m=200672744712

If you are in the market for one of these, we are selling it for significantly less than what you would pay at Abel Cine for it with the servo power cable. If you don't want the cable we can sell the adaptor separately. Drop us an email if you are interested. Works with Arri ALEXA, Phantom HD Gold, RED One, Epic (all 4K formats), Sony SRW-9000PL, PMW-F3.

$5650.00 for the adaptor and cable if you want it now. Or follow the link and bid on ebay.

NEW lower price for the HDx35 adaptor.

NEW lower price for the HDx35 adaptor.

Oue producer has asked us to lower the price on this item to move it. We are selling it now for $4920.00 and including the Abel Cine power cable purchased for $350.00 in addition to the adaptor from Abel Cine New York two months ago. The condition of this adaptor is new. We did some tests with the adaptor with terrific results and there were no colour aberrations at all and only 2 stops affected. We used it with superior Canon broadcast glass and achieved sharp images we were used to with this kind of lens. We used ours with a Sony F3 camera which comes rated at 800 ASA and 1600 ASA with the S-log option we purchased. This compensated fine for the light loss and at +12db, and was only needed in low light. We were able to shoot clean images with excellent blacks and a low/signal to noise ratio with no noticeable difference than shooting without the adaptor with a RED cine lens, except the image was sharper for us than the RED lens with the Canon glass. This is exactly what were told by Abel Cine would happen and this is what we experienced. We were very happy with the results. We do not currently own a broadcast lens and found renting them expensive. If we had owned our own broadcast lens we'd be keeping this wonderful HDx35 adaptor. If anyone is interested in the adaptor, we have sample shots in low light we shot with the HDx35 directly to SxS cards with S-log on the F3. If problems were going to show up, they would in the kinds of test we put the adaptor through if recording to in low light to low bit rate SXS cards at 8 bit. The problems never happened and the images were spectacular. We also tested it with the Pix 240 and Mini KiPro and 10 bit, and this did not noticeably make much difference to the eye - though we know it will help in grading the images. We asre selling the item with the power cable for a large discount. If anyone is interested let us know.
