I'm in the process of getting an accessory manufactured that attaches to the font filter thread of dslr lenses. I will only be able to cover 4-5 different filter thread sizes, so I'm trying to figure out which are the most common ones.

Any chance you could list your lenses including the front filter thread size, starting with your most favorite lens?

The most common I run across are 52mm, 55mm, 72mm, and 77mm.

Depending on what this is, many DSLR shooters tend to get 77mm filters and attachments and simply use step-down rings.
