So, I think I've found the "problem".

I've set the LV monitor to *1 brightness and now it not "jumping" during light changing. But I need to check the footage tomorrow.

Make sure you have constant preview on as well.

To give this topic at least 1 decent question: Which recording format is best? Mov. I suppose? And then All-intra or the 50m/bit mode?

Best to steer clear of All-I on the GH3, high detail shots produce massive moire.
