ABOUT THE FILM //
Director/DP Matt Rodgers has been shooting action sports for the past 3 years in southern california, his first feature length action film entitled "From the Dirt" was nominated and awarded the Best Offroad DVD of the year 2009, at the annual Impact Video Extremey awards... Although the sequel to the film From the Dirt 2 did not get finished, Matt decided that people still needed to see the content and "what would have been" if it had released .... Producer Ken Johnson helped Matt get in contact with X-Games medalist and FMX star Mike Mason in efforts to create the next FMX segment for the upcoming DVD ... Matt spent 5 days shooting with Mike Mason and his fellow X-Games gold medalist Adam Jones, and Freestyle rider Brian Foster capturing THEM, Their lifestyle, their sport, and their story ..... Shot on all high definition cameras, at some great remote locations, you get to see what these athletes are capable of, you get to see them behind the Stadium lights, and you get to understand that friendship is what brought them to their stardom and continues to hold them together and progress.
