hey everyone heres a quick short that a whipped up in a day to test out my sennheiser mic. ended up being pointless for net though since the compression destroyed the audio. anyways check it out "Mouth"

video aside (because it was good) i dont think the audio was too great. (im not saying the compression, because i can tell whats compression and whats generated from wind/noise etc however, since you were using a boom mic, both thier voices should have been much clearer, altho i suppose you didnt isolate your situation, what annoyed me the most is when you cut from one shot to another and the backround noise had an abrupt change in DB. I know you most likely wernt going for sound technics but im just telling you how i felt when hearing the angle changes. As far as micing goes, it was not the best job. That being said, since you just got it, you did fairly well. Practice a bit more and normalize your sound in post. :)

i did however enjoy the camera work.
 
haha thanks for the C.C.. there were a couple of cuts in there where background audio changed that make me cringe everytime i watch it. and it wasnt from above because i forgot my boom pole. i just had my gf hold it from the side. just a quik flick i did for fun. im suprised i even edited it haha
