New firmware: Export to P2 no longer possible!?

On Avid Xpress Pro it is no longer possible to export to P2 with the 16GB P2 firmware!
Only the old firmware version for 8GB cards is supported.

Is this an Avid problem or is it not possible at all to export from any editing system to 16GB and bigger P2 cards??
