New F Series P2 cards... are they SLC or MLC?

Been seeing press releases for the "F" series P cards and it's clear they are rugged and they support a 200Mbs codec, but it doesn't say if they use MLC memory like the "E" cards or use SLC like the older cards. does anyone know?
